| Question | Answer |
| What will be included in my kit? | The standard kit will include:
charted design, symbol chart, directions, color photo of finished cross
stitch design, thread length guide, suggestions for fabric types and your
returned photo or disk. The complete kit includes all the
above, plus you have the option of adding fabric (Aida, linen or Evenweave/Jobelan)
and DMC floss.

| How much will my kit cost? | The standard price for a Custom Cross Stitch Kit
is $40 US
(extra charges plus shipping will apply if you choose to order the complete
kit). The standard price on a Pre-Designed Kit is $15 US (extra charges plus shipping
will apply if you choose to order the complete kit).

| How can I make payment and to whom? | You may pay by personal check,
bank draft, money
order or by credit card using PayPal. Checks and money orders should be made out to: Black Cat
Studios. To mail your payment, please send to: Black
Cat Studios, 177 Highland Street, Manchester, NH 03104.

| What type of file formats do you accept? | .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, targa, MacPaint,
Photoshop, CorelDraw, Corel Photopaint, plus many others. If you
don't see the format you use, just ask! We encourage customers to
e-mail their files to us as attachments; the process is quicker.

| What if I don't have access to the Internet? | Internet communication is not
necessary. Just mail a clear photo or floppy disk of your image.
|
| May I submit an image that I saw in a magazine or book? | Due to copywright laws, Black Cat
Studios cannot design a kit from someone else's work (e.g., photograph,
written word or illustration) unless that party has been notified and has
provided written consent. At your request, we may try to obtain
permission from the artist prior to creating an original kit or locate a
common image on the Internet (at an additional charge).
